Garlic Chive Blossom Vinegar

It can’t be simpler. 7-10 blossoms per 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour the white vinegar over the clean blossoms and seal tight in a jar. Glass or plastic only, no metal. Set aside for 2 weeks (patience required). After 2 weeks, strain the vinegar and use on salads, coleslaw, potato salads, fish and more.
